Placement guarantee

Full stack courses with placement guarantee: read the terms first

"Placement guarantee" is the most common promise in this industry and the least standardised. Here's what the phrase can mean, and what ours means.

Short answer

  • A placement guarantee is a contractual term, not a marketing phrase. Its value is entirely in the conditions attached.
  • Check three things: the performance criteria you must meet, whether support expires on a date, and what triggers a refund.
  • "Guaranteed interviews" and "guaranteed placement" are different promises. Most advertised guarantees are the former.
  • Our placement support continues until you are placed, subject to course completion and assessment criteria.

What the phrase usually means

Most advertised guarantees resolve to one of three things: guaranteed interview opportunities with no promise of outcome; placement conditional on attendance and assessment thresholds; or a fee refund if you're not placed within a defined window.

All three are legitimate. The problem is that all three are advertised with the same words, so the phrase alone tells you nothing. The conditions are the product.

The questions to ask before signing

Ask these of any institute, and get the answers in writing rather than on a call:

  • What must I do to stay eligible: attendance, assessment scores, project submission?
  • Does support end after a fixed number of months, or continue until I'm placed?
  • Is the guarantee about interviews, or about an offer?
  • If a refund applies, what triggers it and how long does it take?
  • How many companies will I actually be put in front of?
  • What happens if I reject an offer? Does that end the support?

How ours works, and the honest caveat

Our support continues until you're placed rather than expiring, conditional on completing the course and meeting assessment criteria. Students receive unlimited interview opportunities rather than a capped number, and the refund terms are published in full at /refund-policy.

No institute can guarantee an outcome that depends substantially on you: attendance, practice and interview performance sit on your side of the line, which is why every guarantee has conditions. Treat any promise that ignores your own contribution with suspicion, ours included.

Common questions

Is a 100% placement guarantee real?

Real as a contractual term with conditions, misleading as a bare marketing claim. Read the conditions: eligibility criteria, time windows and refund triggers are where the substance lives.

What if I complete the course and don't get placed?

With us, support continues rather than expiring, so you keep receiving interview opportunities. Our refund terms are published at /refund-policy.

Do I have to accept any job I'm offered?

Worth checking with every institute, because some end support after a rejected offer. Ask directly and get it in writing.

How many interviews will I get?

Unlimited interview opportunities rather than a capped number of introductions. Ask other institutes for their specific figure. A capped number is a meaningfully weaker promise.
