TAP Academy values the trust of its students, and your satisfaction is our priority. If a course does not meet your expectations, we offer a seven-day money-back guarantee: submit a refund request by email within the window below and receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.

How to claim a refund

Step 1: Send an email

Send your refund request to info@thetapacademy.com. The request must be sent from the email address registered with TAP Academy.

Use the subject format: “Online course refund | Course name”

Step 2: Provide a reason

Include a valid reason for requesting the refund. The reason is collected only for TAP Academy's internal purposes and does not affect your eligibility.

Step 3: Submit within seven days

TAP Academy must receive your email within seven days of the batch start date.

Example: if your batch begins on 28 October 2024, the refund email must be sent on or before 4 November 2024 at midnight.

Refund details

Eligible requests receive a refund of 100% of the amount paid. Refunds are processed within 10 working days after TAP Academy receives the refund email.

Important conditions

  • The refund request must be sent from your registered email address.
  • The seven-day period is calculated from the batch start date, not the purchase date.
  • Refund requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
  • TAP Academy will send a confirmation email after processing the refund.
