Placements fall into three groups. Large services and consulting firms hire in volume and account for the largest share of fresher offers. Product and enterprise companies like SAP, Target and TE Connectivity hire fewer people at higher packages. Public sector organisations like BEL hire selectively.
That distribution matters for expectations. The high packages are real but not typical, and any institute presenting its best outcome as the normal one is misleading you.
Partner companies recruit through campus-style drives and direct referrals. Students who have completed the program and met the assessment criteria are put forward, and receive unlimited interview opportunities rather than a capped number of introductions.
